How to join a band

Four steps from a first call to your first rehearsal.

Step 1: Get in touch
Call or text the school, send the form on the contact page, or come by on a rehearsal night. Whoever is at the desk answers, usually within a day.

Step 2: Try a class
Sit in on a band class for your level, or play for a coach for a few minutes. Nobody is graded, and you leave knowing which band suits you. A friend can come along.

Step 3: Register
We match you with a band and a coach, and you finish enrollment on our enrollment page. Your place is held once your first payment is made.

Step 4: The first day
Come fifteen minutes early to set up. The hall has a house drum kit, amps, keyboards and microphones. Bring your own guitar, bass, horn or sticks if you have them.
